Leads represent potential customers who have not yet converted. You can track them through a customisable pipeline, schedule reminders, send proposals, and convert them into full customer accounts.

Creating a Lead

  1. Navigate to CRM → Leads and click New Lead.
  2. Fill in the lead details.
  3. Click Save.

Lead Kanban Board

AlgoSphere provides a Kanban (board) view for leads at CRM → Leads → Board View. Drag and drop leads between pipeline stages directly on the board.

Scheduling Reminders

Open any lead and click the Reminders tab to schedule follow-up reminders. Staff will receive both in-app and email notifications at the set date and time. Requires a working cron job.

Converting a Lead to Customer

When a lead is ready to convert, open the lead record and click Convert to Customer. AlgoSphere creates a new customer account pre-filled with the lead's data.
