Sending to a Customer or Lead
Once saved, click Send. AlgoSphere emails a secure link to view the proposal online. The recipient can read, leave comments, and sign/accept or decline — all without logging in.
E-Signature
Enable the e-signature option in the proposal settings. When the customer accepts, they draw their signature. The signed proposal is stored as a PDF and both parties are notified.
Converting a Proposal
Once accepted, click Convert to Invoice or Convert to Estimate from the proposal actions. All items and pricing are transferred automatically.
